"Check in was great, polite and efficient. The room was OK. Breakfast Saturday was ok but below the normal standard of a Holiday Inn Express. Sunday the breakfast and service was dreadful. Saturday morning we had no teaspoons but Sunday, there were no plates, no knives or forks. The sausages were anemic, completely undercooked, there were no hash browns, no beans, no scrambled egg. The tables weren't being cleared, when the plates did eventually turn up after a long wait we then find that...

"Stayed for 1 night with my wife and 3 children to combine visiting Warwick Castle with Cadbury World. The hotel was excellent and the kids loved the knight theme, which surprised us as this went beyond the decor with entertainment and activities for the kids such as monster hunting and training with real knights! This made the trip extra special and with free parking and a great breakfast before we visited the castle made the day easy and enjoyable!"
