"The bathroom door would not shut fully and had no latch. Using the room air conditioner means leaving the wooden blinds open so anyone can see into your room. Very run down establishment."

"Slightly run down rooms that need to be better looked after. Shower was filthy with water residue buildup, dirty spots on floor annd walls and paint falling off the ceiling. Bed and pillows lumpy and old. Breakfast and front desk staff was the only thing going for the hotel. Plus they charge you a valet fee which is not really necessary at the hotel since there’s plenty of parking to do it yourself and this isn’t a fancy hotel. They should also put on this site that the road is blocked off to walk to the downtown area because of construction."

"Second time staying. Everyone is very nice and the rooms have been remodeled nicely. Beds are comfortable however, bring your own pillow. The pillows are like bricks. Great location "

"Breakfast was nominal. Our TV did not work. We felt like we were rushed when we checked in."

"Pulled in only to immediately realize the MOTEL (Not Hotel) was nothing like its pictures. As I said, this is a MOTEL, the room was less than basic, just white walls and a bed. There are no curtains and the blinds do nothing so the room is bright all night. The one ice machine was across the parking lot so getting ice in a downpour was a challenge. Hallways to get to different locations were sketchy, dark, dirty and smelled horrible. Add the number of patrons hanging around smoking blunts and you have quite the atmosphere. Last, you have to give a LOT of credit tot eh person who took the pictures as they made everything look amazing (which is was not) and this definitely includes the pool. This gets 1 star only because the guy that checked us in gave us an upgrade from the tomb we were initially assigned which was down pot aisle. Think twice before booking!!!!"

"Our stay at Peace and Plenty B&B was absolutely fantastic! We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom suites which was perfect for the 3 of us. We were greeted by Shawna who quickly made us feel at home. She prepared a wonderful breakfast each morning, the crepes and eggs Benedict were delicious. It was a very nice touch to have pastries along w/ tea and coffee available 24/7. They are located in perfect walking distance to restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back for another stay."

"I had a great stay here. Friendly staff, very clean room, and the property itself is so peaceful and pretty. Excellent location too. The back gate goes right to St. George St."
