The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was great and within a mile walk to the historic areas with a lot to see. I did rent a car which was helpful for getting to the beach on Anastasia Island and also helped on the rainy days. Otherwise, very walkable area. I’ll stay at this hotel again!

This inn was exceptionally welcoming and pleasant. Manager Jorge was extremly friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast offered a good range of selections, and my room was large, clean, elegant and well maintained. I was sorry to leave, and next time I return to St Augustine there's no question that I will stay here again.

The suite has a nice layout with a full kitchen. It is really close to area attractions. The General Manager was super friendly and helpful. The maintenance man that came to help us with issues in the room was also very friendly and helpful. The staff here get 10 stars! We had some issues with the bathroom during the stay and we understand it is a historical area so plumbing can be tricky. Especially when previous guests apparently flushed bars of soap. So not really the fault of the hotel but an inconvenience for us. Would come back and stay again for the location and the wonderful staff.

Room was very clean! Breakfast was good for a continental style menu, the area is safe, only 1.2 walkable miles to the Castillo de San Marcos. The property was super well lit with Christmas lights and rooms were cozy and remodeled.
