Great hotel

Beautiful modern rooms that are very clean and well equipped. The staff is absolutely the best, efficient and very friendly. The hotel is steps from the two train stations and a short walk to the City center. If you are in Lille, stay here.

We have stayed at the hotel numerous times and every stay has been great. Rooms are always immaculately clean, staff are top notch, friendly and very helpful. I must say the hotel staff are absolutely great. Hotel is just across the road from Eurolille station and a very short walk from the grand square. Their restaurants and bars are also extremely good.

Great for Eurostar as it’s at the end of the station easy to find, room in good condition, didn’t have breakfast due to being 30 euro each extra, bit pricy for Continental type of breakfast.

This is a great hotel with fantastic staff, is near to the train station so easy walking distance to the train stations, the westfield mall and the Grande Place. Hotel rooms themselves are always immaculately clean, extremely comfortable and spacious. On site restaurants and bars are extremely good.

The staff are very warm and welcoming. They made us feel really well looked after and seemed to really care that we had everything we needed. Exceptional service. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and once in the room, it was spacious and comfortable. But The hotel is in a really convenient area - a couple of minutes’ walk from the Eurostar terminal and just ten minutes’ walk to the historic centre.
