Lovely staff, clean room. Great service. The bathroom could do with a slight upgrade, but definitely a comfortable stay and a place I would recommend for others.

A good hotel with all you need for a short stay. Particularly useful for our trip to see the Tour de France as it went past the front door. However it is a little out of the way if you want to be in the very centre although right next door to the Zenith centre.

Great stay

The hotel is perfectly located for both the city centre and the Eurostar station, with colourful quirky decor. The staff wree friendly and helpful and our triple room was clean, comfrtsble and spacious. Good selection of items at the breakfast buffet too and would definitely stay again

The stay was ok … 10 minutes walk from centre. Rooms were basic but clean and ok. Most staff were very friendly and helpful with the exception of the lady on reception Saturday and Sunday, everything seemed too much trouble for her.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, good size TV. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was great, a variety of goodies to choose from. Staff were friendly and so were the guests.

Ideal spot for a couple of days in Lille (grandparents and a teenager) Room nice, spacious, good third bed. Decent shower etc. Hotel staff helpful and friendly, luggage storage etc. Nice bar, very good breakfast buffet. All round a good stay, easy to walk to the older parts of the city to explore, easy to get to restaurants.
