Watch out for mosquitoes in the rooms

Our room was full of them, so much so, we’ve been bitten all over. When we checked out they informed us we should have asked for a repellant, really. If you knew they was an issue 1. We put guests in these rooms and 2. Put repellant items in there . Shame as location was ideal

It was great location and staff were very friendly and accommodated everything we needed. Considering it was close to the city it was quiet. The hotel upgraded us too as there were works happening so we never heard them or were interrupted by them. Great dinner recommendations given. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely hotel in Lille

Away for weekend in Lille, hotel was great, room was suitable, the privilege option, could have done with some more practical storage, and a smaller TV. But overall great, especially the reception staff.

The outside of the building is remarkable. All of the staff were kind, polite and provided excellent service. I don’t think the rooms rise to a Mercure standard though. I would down grade it as an IBIS. I have stayed in multiple ACCOR properties since 2018. I am a rewards member.
