The apartment is comfortable and clean. We didn't do any cooking, but I think the facilities were adequate for simple meals, and fine for light breakfasts. The location is very good, close to both stations and walking distance to Vieux Lille.

Location was/is excellent, right on top of the biggest shopping mall I've ever seen in my life and a short walk from the older parts of the City, which are lovely. Apartment was basic, it's not plush but it was clean and spacious, perfect for a short stay.

Excellent value for money

I really like Sejours & Affaires, great reception. My room was very comfortable, very nice linens and towels. Nice selection of tea and coffee and a useful note pad and pen. The kitchen area is very good, with a coffee machine, microwave and double hob. Good supply of pans, crockery and utensils. I made soup very easily. Carrefour is just steps away inside EuroLille shopping centre. Lots of places to eat in the area, and very close to Lille Flandres train station ( 2 minute walk ) and 4 minute walk to Lille Europe train station. I have stayed here many times and will continue to return. Excellent value for money.

Great location for shops and transport (train stations). Good size room with equipped kitchenette. Bathroom needs renovating and the bed (not mattress) replacing, but otherwise very happy with this hotel.

Extended stay in Lille

Great location for both train stations, old town and and giant shopping mall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing to remember is to empty bin into chutes by reception, english translation doesn't explain this very well

Simple, utilitarian, centrally located, economically priced. Front desk spoke good english and understood my bad French. Didn't like the fact that I had to remove my garbage by taking it down ten floors to the bins under threat of a 57 euro fee if I didn't.

Good aparthotel I recommend & will stay again.

Excellent staff, really nice and helpful. My room was very comfortable, great bed, lovely linens and towels and brilliant pillows! I had a great sleep. Good shower room with toilet and sink, very nice shower gel, soap and small body lotion, nice quality. Great kitchen area really well stocked with pans, dishes and cutlery..one of the best kitchens I have used. There are some good changes since the last time I was here, I can recommend Sejours & Affaires and will definitely stay here again.

The location was very good 👍 close to the EUROSTAR, the reception were accommodating and ensures safety of goods left in the luggage area 👍 the room was well equipped with tea, coffee, kettle 😀 and all the equipment to make you feel at home. Well laid out as well. And everything worked. Reception were very kind, patient, helpful, smile all the time and humble. Thanks for a lovely time in Lille

We got apartment 401 during our stay, which was very spacious and comfortable. However, the electricity supply to the induction cooker, fridge and microwave was cut off, so we couldn't cook at all. If you plan to cook, ask for another apartment.

Excellent location, comfortable room, helpful staff. Some signs wear & tear, but within what I would consider reasonable/expected of a low-cost room. Only negatives were the kettle was overdue a descaling and for an aparthotel I would have expected some recycling options for waste.

Only five minutes walk to both mainline stations. Situated in a shopping mall with a supermarket, about 15 minutes walk into the city. Clean rooms with a kitchenette sufficient to allow for simple self-catering. My room on a high floor was quiet.

Highly recommended city stay.

This is a fantastic apart hotel and I recommend it. The 12th floor has great views of the city. The staff are excellent and check in etc was very easy. Rooms have a small kitchen with kettle, microwave, cooker, fridge and pans/crockery etc. all in good condition. Hotels.com say check out is 12:00.... Actually it's 11:00. Very central and very easy for station, shops etc. highly recommended.

Good location, poor cleanliness

The hotel location is pretty good: 5min walking distance to beautiful downtown in Lille. But the room was dirty and not maintained well. No AC in the room so if you're travelling during summer, bring your fan!

We were overcharged here due to current Olympic events on. The reception information was poor and when we enquired about their offered parking she did not help with this. The room was cramped and hot. The apparent air con units did not work. It is central and close to all travel options which is what we needed. I would not recommend a stay here.
