"My family and I stayed here for over a month while my husband was working in the area. We had a positive experience overall. Great staff! They were all helpful from housekeeping, maintenance, receptionist to manager. The room had everything we needed - little kitchen to make meals, toiletries, little helpful items such as mini dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, etc. The lobby has free coffee and tea 24/7 which my husband and I loved! Another plus was the free laundry. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area. We truly appreciated the kindness and hospitality from the entire staff during our stay. "

"The room was dirty. The bathroom smelled terrible. The receptionist was rude. The elevator wasn't working, and when I told them I had knee problems, they simply said, "If you don't like it, take your money back and find another place." The entire building smells bad—specifically of cigarette smoke. The woman working the front desk is the rudest person I have ever met."
