A Charming Stay in the Heart of the City

I recently stayed at Hotel Casa San Martin for two nights, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in Miraflores, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a short stay. It's a nice 3 star in a good location. Staff are helpfull and they do a good breakfast. Only negative is the property does not have double glazing and so noise from the street is a constant irritant at all hours particularly during rush hours. However that said my room was right at the front of the hotel and so the traffic noise may not be as bad in other rooms.

El personal es muy atento y cordial. Lo malo fue que cuando llegué a mi habitación estaba pólvosa y las sábanas tenían un olor raro como sucio y cabellos por lo que pedí que las cambiaran. Lo cambiaron pero dudo que hayan limpiado los muebles pues seguían polvosos.

Thank you to Lydia and Staff. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa San Martin. 50 Soles from the airport to Mirraflores. Friendly staff. We stayed twice on entering Peru and then before leaving both stays were enjoyable. Breakfast was good, it is mid range accommodation and we will stay there again. Chris

The hotel is terribly outdated. The room's decor was horrible. TV was old. Safe was broken. Balcony door did not lock. Neighborhood is good. Local restaurant Punta Azul is nearby, too.
