Its nice

It was a nice hotel and was within a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The pool was nice, no use of the bar and restaurant as there were other options close by.

Very easy to get to everything. The ocean is just a minute or so away, stopping in the other direction. We walked from this hotel to the Water Fountain Park and back. Lots to see and do. The bed was incredible in my room and the shower was hot. The gentleman that works in the restaurant is very kind. Today at breakfast I saw that he made a special effort to give a treat to a child. Overall great experience

Booked two nights, stayed the first night and didn't stay the second. This hotel is absolutely horrible, my room smelled so bad that I couldn't sleep the first night. The building needs to be renovated or torn down. What a shame to see such a horrible listing on hotels.com Stay away from this place!

The staff was so incredibly amazing. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Francisco, Ociel, Erica, Joanna, Gabriel, Alfonso and the cleaning staff. I had the best time staying at the Embajadores. And the main reason for this is them. They are the kindest, most friendly and professional hotel team that I have ever had the privilege of staying with. I would highly rate this hotel, and definitely stay here again! Sure there were a few minor issues, such as the loss of hot water for a few days, however that was no big deal. I am truly grateful for such a wonderful trip and a delightful stay. Location - It is a short walk to a beautiful malecón and view of miraflores. There were also nearby restaurants and shopping. Also very safe area. Staff and cleanliness: The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean and a good place to stay after your day out. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5, however, is because the rooms are a bit outdated and I was expecting the breakfast to have more options. It wasn’t a buffet, there were 2 options to order, american or continental.

The staff was helpful and accommodating however our room was not pleasant. We were able to move to a slightly better room but it was only somewhat more tolerable. This place needs updating and the pool is not a pool for use.

El hotel cuenta con lo justo y necesario para un viaje express. Sui ubicación es muy buena y las chicas de recepción son muy amables y la habitación cómoda. Lo que sí deja bastante que desear son la calidad de los enchufes. Hacen corte todo el tiempo y son bastante antiguos.

This is an older hotel. It’s a little rundown, the water pressure was low, barely warm. They only give you one key, which can be a hassle if you’re traveling with someone else. But the location and the breakfast until 10 AM was good and the price was right. OK for a night or two.

Old, dated, mildew smell and worn

The hotel had extremely thin walls. The room smelled of mildew. The bed was stained and hard. For a know ng size bed we were given two lumpy stained pillows only. The shower was nearly inoperable. The hot was scorching, near burning and was pretty much impossible to adjust properly. The pressure went from full blast to a trickle over and over. I could hear the elevator running all night long. I could hear the guest in the next room snoring. Our room was near an apartment roof that's was very noisy.
