Enjoyable stay in a great location

Great location close to Miraflores main square. Lots of restaurants and shops and very close to the information centre, and close to the meeting point for a lot of the local tours. We could even walk down to the beach, with a little uphill effort getting back. Breakfast was great and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would highly suggest staying at this hotel. The room was very clean and quiet even being in a busier part of the city. The hotel is near great restaurant options as well as close to Kennedy Park and many other sites! The breakfast was small but great and the staff was lovely! Thank you to Sayuri and Shulin for your amazing hospitality and going above and beyond.

Very smooth check in and check out. Everything was clean and furniture seemed newer or kept in great condition. Just had sort of an “Ikea furniture” feel to it, not luxurious. The family of 3 room was small and open. Stepping out of the shower you were exposed to the rest of the room. I wish there was some shelving around the sink to put cosmetics and bathroom items. Overall quiet despite being in a somewhat busy area- nicely insulated walls and windows. Beds were soft and clean. I slept great. Giving it a 3 stars but it is 10/10 for cleanliness and staff friendliness

I would return

It's a lovely hotel, with great responsive staff and atmosphere. Only downside for us was the is distance from the Historic centre, but it was in a lovely area. I would stay again

Good hotel. Clean and updated. But the windows are not soundproofed. The cars and honking can be heard in the room. The breakfast food was good and the service by the breakfast manager was excellent. Good experience overall.

Super clean, excellent WIFI - which is perfect as all other places we stayed in Peru had not great WIFI, great staff who helped me when my phone was stolen by a motorcyclist outside the hotel. The breakfast was cute and delicious though I do not think there were eggs, there were these tiny ham and cheese croissants. Very clean and great location near Kennedy Park.

I stayed here for 5 days and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the bedding. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable — I could literally feel the metal/springs poking into my back. After only a couple of nights, I developed severe back pain that forced me to seek chiropractic care and purchase pain medicine/creams (Bengay). The pillows were equally terrible, offering no support and leaving my neck stiff and sore every morning. For a hotel, the most basic expectation is a good night’s sleep. Instead, my stay caused lasting discomfort and medical expenses. This is not acceptable for a hotel that presents itself as quality lodging. I strongly urge management to replace their mattresses and pillows immediately, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone until they do so.

Terrible service

One of the worst experiences. I've stayed in several hotels in Miraflores once I visited Lima for business quite often and this was the worst service I've received here. I've booked with dinner included and they offered me one single dish with any option or even dessert or started (that was corrected after a claim on the 2nd night). During the check-out, I asked for an invoice/receipt (as always). It was asked to wait a bit... I waited almost two hours working there before I left with the promise of getting the invoice by e-mail until the end of the day... After 2 days and several calls, they sent me an invoice with the wrong value (60 USD less than the value I've paid). Definitely, will never go back.
