My mother had an excellent stay at this hotel during her business trip. The staff was exceptionally courteous and went out of their way to ensure her comfort. The room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. She particularly appreciated the convenient location. Overall, it was a superb experience that made her trip pleasant and hassle-free.

The location is very good. Directly across the street from a lovely park. The owner is super friendly and attentive and made me feel welcome. The room looks nothing like the pictures and there's no kitchen and no coffee maker two of my highest priorities. The room also could have been cleaner.

Short Business Stay

Monterrico Suites worked out very well for my short stay in the area around the US Embassy. I was especially impressed and appreciated the care and efforts by Egidio! My only recommendation would be to install some better curtains for those who want to sleep in a bit. Otherwise, I recommend it!

By the picture the property looks ok but it's not, first of all as in expedia website says they offer free bottles of water and hair dryer and 24 hour front desk but there's not, they said there is A/C but actually there is a LOUD portable cold air blower which has a hot air extract duct that has to be placed out of the room but there was no hole or duct extractor they just opened the 1/3 of the balcony door and hung in there. The bathroom size is twice of the airplane bathroom and the ceiling paint was peeling off as it hasn't been painted for decades, spider web is everywhere, hair rolls and dust is everywhere and you can easily tell that the dirt is not from one or two days ago. The worst thing is when I got to the place to check in, there was a cleaning guy who handed me the room key and untill the next morning I couldn't even see the staff to make the complaint about the issues. And I kept calling and calling to resolve the problem but no one answers. And the next day in the morning when I was about check out the owner of the property showed up and said that I have to pay in all cash for the stay and he had sended me an email about the payment. It was something absurd because by the time when I made the reservation there was nothing about the payment. And as I claimed about all the issues he said that in peru is like that and period. I wish I could up load the pictures that I've taken to show the condition of the room but unfortunately the website won't let me.

The room was equipped with everything we needed - mini fridge , hot shower, towels, balcony. It was dog friendly so our pup was welcomed. The owner was so kind and lend his dress shoes to my husband for his interview at the US embassy. The neighborhood is beautiful with a park right outside. We felt very grateful to spend a night here and recommend it to any!

Servicio muy familiar.

Fue una muy buena experiencia, diria que es bastante famiiar. La gente muy amable y carinosa. En lo unico que pienso que se deberia mejorar es en que los pagos no tengan que hacerse en el lugar ya que por ejemplo en mi caso, era mi madre que pagaba y no lo pudo hacer con una tarjeta de credito sino que tuvo ir a un lugar para hacer un envio por western union, a mi me robaron mi pasaporte y todo mi dinero y considero que esto es incomodo y poco moderno para efectuar un pago.
