Pleasant surprise - would stay again.

Flight was delayed overnight, so I booked a hotel closer to the airport. Although only there for four hours - it was very nice. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming to a weary traveler at 11PM.

My one bed room was medium size and clean. It had a mini fridge, and flat screen TV. The bathroom towels are very nice. Breakfast was basic continental scrambled eggs, rolls, sliced cold cut meats, cereal, milk, three choices of fruit. Coffee and tea. There is a restaurant and small bar with TV on the sixed floor. That's were breakfast is served. I don't like all the noise from the TV and bar it makes it difficult to sleep. The hotel needs to have a quiet time after 9:00pm. The rooms need sound proofing.

We booked this hotel due to us having a lengthy layover in Lima. Didn’t want to wait in a crowded airport, and wanted to shower before our heading back home. Taxi ride was roughly 20 minutes from the airport due to traffic. Hotel was clean, and the staff were really polite and helpful. They even offered us complimentary welcome drinks of our choice, and it even included breakfast. Would highly recommend.

All of the Palmetto staff are excellent. Our taxi took us to the wrong hotel and the staff member was able to get us a taxi to the right hotel. At the hotel, the receptionists were cordial and helpful. When we needed a taxi, they ordered one for us and showed us how to get them. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again just for the service alone.
