Les hôtes sont très gentils et accueillants avec service personnalisé. Air climatisé dans les chambres, bon déjeuner, que du positif. Par contre, le quartier n'est pas très sécuritaire.

Good for early flights!

Adequate place for an overnight stay for an early morning connection flight. Having said that, I highly recommend to use the transportation service provided by the hotel. The area around the hotel definitely doesn't inspire safety.

Cleaning staff is excellent. My room was always clean and orderly. Front staff did not do their job waking me resulting in a “no show” when my tour guide tried to pick me up. They did not wake me because the day before I refused to book a tour through the hotel because their tour guide is incompetent. I demand Polo Cusco suites a reimbursement for my missed trip of $47.50.

Hotel sent a driver to pick us up at the airport, 15 min drive away. Stayed here because wanted somewhere close to the airport to sleep. We arrived at 10:30pm and had a flight out to Cusco the next morning at 10am. The property is older, but maintained well and pretty quiet. The neighborhood is so so, no reason to stay here unless you are transitioning, not near anything of interest. Breakfast was ok, small but eggs to order. They charged us $20 roundtrip to airport and back. Not a great price, but it was convenient. Nice staff, very little English.

Great staff! We stayed at the hotel for a night. This is a great place if you’re only concern is to get a good nights sleep and head to the airport the next day. When we arrived, the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but we were warmly greeted by reception. Even came out to help us with our luggage. Room was good. Functioning hot water, clean bed, working a/c and free wifi In the room. Unfortunately, we left too early to get the free breakfast. Again, I would recommend this place, if you’re not bouje. Shuttle to and from airport is available, just double check on the rate. Overall, if I needed id stay there again.It’s great for what you pay. ¡Gracias de nuevo por sus atenciones a todos ahí en Royal Inca Hotel!

Used hotel to overnight for a connecting flight to Santiago the following morning. Hotel is about ten minutes from the airport. Street in front of the hotel is very busy beginning around 6AM so it is best to request a room in the back if noise is an issue.

The staff was amazing! They are kind and informative. They made me feel safe and welcome. I arrived to Lima like at 2AM due to my flight being delayed , I requested a pick up and the staff was there when I arrived. I only spend a night in the hotel, and that was enough to love this place. It was stress free.

Prezzo alto per il servizio offerto.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il Royal Inca Hotel per 2 notti (la prima e l'ultima del nostro viaggio in Perù) si trova a circa 15 minuti dall'aeroporto, il personale è gentilissimo e molto cortese, si parla solo in spagnolo. Non c'è riscaldamento in camera e c'è tanta umidità che si percepisce anche la notte stesi sul letto umido. La prima notte, nonostante lo avessimo chiesto più di una volta non ci è stato dato il phon, mentre l'ultima notte per fortuna ce lo hanno dato. L'acqua calda scende molto lentamente, in alcuni momenti risulta difficile lavarsi. La colazione nella norma... Diciamo che per il prezzo pagato mi sarei aspettato di più, a Puno e Cusco allo stesso prezzo abbiamo trovato hotel decisamente migliori, con tutti i confort..

Is the only hotel close to the airport for a decent price. The pick up service is outstanding. Hotel is clean in this service is very good. The breakfast for simple but good. I have heard complaints about the cost of the return service to the airport, but if you consider the free pick up as a cost, both the pick up and the return is a good price. I read that the bottom sheet was made out of plastic and that is not true. However it was very stiff and uncomfortable. I am not sure if it’s because they use to much starch or poor quality sheets. Like even more expensive hotels in Lima, if the sun the didn’t come out, you’ll be without hot water.

The airport pickup was great. Hotel has Restaurant, Sauna and Massage services in house. The hotel has a taxi service in house. The driver was friendly and helpful. We used his Taxi services for going around the city. On our way back from Miraflores, we went shopping and asked the driver to take the kids to Hotel. He was reliable.

Good to connect to an early flight.

Though the neighborhood is questionable, the hotel is very secure. Perfect for a connecting flight at the nearby airport, thus avoiding the terrible airport traffic.

We stayed in this hotel for 24 hours during our layover. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We were taken to Plaza Norte and back by transportation provided by the hotel. We also got massages (also right in the hotel) for 30 soles per person. The ride back to the airport cost us 32 soles. Yes, the area around the hotel is not very pleasant, there is a lot of trash, but I felt safe walking at 8 pm in the dark to Totus supermarket 10 mins away. The room was clean with spacious bed, clean sheets, large bathroom and hot water. Overall, it serves the purpose of staying there when you have a layover and don’t want to pay $170+ for a night at the hotel located right at the airport.

For long stopovers

I stayed in royal Inca hotel due to my flight was delayed 12 hours so a needed a place to sleep. The price is fair for what you get. The hotel is near the airport and they offer transportation that is quite competitive with taxis/Uber prices. The staff is friendly, actually they picked me up at midnight and the check in process was quick. The rooms are simple, but if you want a place to stay a couple of hours while waiting for your flights, and cheap, this is your place.

空港送迎サービスが不親切。到着が遅れるなら電話してくれないと困る、ということを延々と愚痴られました。理由は空港に入る料金が高くつくから。あと、部屋は少し湿っぽい匂いがしました。Wi-Fiは今まで泊まった空港近辺で最悪。使えないと思った方が気は楽。寝るだけのつもりなら、もっと安い同ランクの他のホテルに行く方がいいです。温水設備が壊れていて、水シャワーでしたが、それに対する補填もなし。アメニティは石鹸だけです。近くにスーパーマーケットがある事だけは利点。
