"We booked this place based on it was a new listing and nice modern furnishings. Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. We had to run the water for 2-3 minutes to get 'luke warm', not convenient for our small children. "Nothing short of amazing. Perfect location to Prokopios beach which is full of shops/restaurants and beach access. You can take a bus to downtown (Old Town) or to Plaka Beach within minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful with laundry, car rental info, taxi back to port, beach towels, etc. The rooftop has breakfast and dinner options. The room was spacious and cozy. This will be our hotel when we return to Naxos!"
