Not a pleasant stay

This is not a hotel we will return to. Firstly I had booked a family 2 double bed room and we were given a double room with one bed, we were moved though to a room with a double and single bed. The room was like an oven and the air con did nothing - we had to have the window open and since the hotel is situated directly next to the motorway so not much sleep was had. The restaurant next door was closed and there is no where else to eat in the vicinity. On the plus side the staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok.

Petite pause pour la route des vacances en chambre familial, tout est été correct à notre arrivé avec la Clim qui était la bienvenue avec cette canicule. Personnel très agréable.

Séjour plus que très décevante et encore le mot est faible ! A notre arrivée le vendredi 02 mai au soir (vers 19h), pas spécialement bien reçu, pas de sourire etc... Impression de déranger la personne censé nous accueillir, pas aimable. Le pire dans la chambre, une chaleur intenable, pas de mode climatisation active. Je suis donc redescendu pour demander ce qu'il en était à ce sujet. Réponse de la personne: ''Ben disons que comme il est prévu la semaine prochaine changement de temps et que cela demande 48h avant la modification de chauffage etc.. cela reste sur chauffage '' Avez-vous au moins quelques glaçon pour nous rafraîchir avec les enfants ? Non j'en ai pas. Je suis donc remonté en mettant fin à la discussion. Pour rappel toute la semaine les températures ont été fort élevées. Donc le mode chauffage n'avais pas lieu d'être si le nécessaire avait été fait comme il se dois ! Nous avons donc dû non seulement dormir avec la chaleur + 27°, mais aussi dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte pour essayer d'avoir un temps soit peu d'air mais avec le bruit infernale de l'A20 toute la nuit cela à été pour ainsi dire nuit blanche. Je demande donc le remboursement de ma nuit d'hôtel. Le site sur lequel j'ai effectué ma réservation, vas être avisé avec mes commentaires pour les avis. Sachez également que la porte de la cabine douche est dangereuse car elle ne s'ouvre pas dans le bon sens en cas de chute etc... Elle dois s'ouvrir en la tirant et non en la poussant. B.Leprince

La struttura si presenta ben tenuta e lo staff è accogliente. Le camere sono abbastanza ben tenute (nel mio caso, c'erano alcune lampade vicino ai letti non funzionanti) e pulite. I letti sono comodi, perlomeno nella mia stanza. La colazione non ha una scelta enorme, però c'è qualcosa per tutti i gusti. Dei difetti sono i parcheggi all'interno della recinzione della struttura, dato che non sono molto numerosi, e la sera i lampioni del parcheggio sono tutti spenti, rendendo difficile vedere bene.

Une nuit en transit avec mes enfants le rapport qualité prix de l'hôtel est très très bon petit déjeuner correct pour ce prix il y a une borne de recharge ce qui peut être très pratique néanmoins le tarif et pour le coup très exorbitant faisant ce voyage fréquemment ayant besoin de changer je me retrouve à une chambre à plus de 120 € ce qui me fera ne plus choisir cet hôtel pour cette raison dommage

tres bon accueil pour notre 3ieme fois bon pdj buffet simple mais suffisant pour 8,90€ chambe couloirs , accueil et façade rénovée tres bon relais d’etape pour une nuit bon petit resto à 50m Pkg exterieur fermè à 23h avec cameras de surveillance demander chambre arriere pour eviter la vue sur l’autoroute qui passe tout près mais bonne insonorisation

Troisième lit au dessus, très mal placé, mon epouse s'est cognee trois fois et moi deux. Chambres pas du tout confortables. Nous ne retourneront plus jamais dans un ibis budget, sauf cas de force majeure. Porte des toilettes en mauvais etat.
