L'Hotel è vicino alla "Gardesana" ma non si sente il rumore del traffico; il centro di Limone si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in 5 minuti. Spiaggia e lago sono molto vicini. Ottima colazione a buffet.

Ein schöner Tag in Limone

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit großartigem Seeblick. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und hat auch ausreichend Parkplätze. Die Dachterrasse mit Whirlpools bietet einen imposanten Rundumblick auf Berge und See. Leider war es Anfang April noch etwas zu kalt, um hier länger in der Sonne zu liegen. Das Hotel liegt 5 angenehme Gehminuten am Wasser entlang von der Altstadt. Uns hat der - wenn auch nur kurze - Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold. Rigtig søde og hjælpsomme ansatte på hotellet og i dets restaurant. Hotellet ligger tæt på stranden og kun 7min gåafstand fra selve centrum.

ein sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr sauber, schöne Einrichtung, super Lage. Weniger gut gefallen hat uns der Service beim Frühstück und das Frühstück an sich. Jeden Morgen ging die Sucherei nach unserem Tisch los, denn aus irgendeinem Grund wurde unsere Zimmernummer immer vergessen. Deshalb haben wir uns nach dem dritten mal gleich auf die Terrasse gesetzt. Egal was wir bestellten, es kam immer das falsche. Angefangen beim Kaffee, geendet beim Essen. Selbst wenn man zb nur Toast bestellte wurde das volle Programm aufgetischt, Brötchen ein großer Teller Wurst und Käse (was natürlich bei den Temperaturen ganz schnell austrocknete). Im Hotel am Empfang wird fast kein deutsch gesprochen , ich weiss dass man das im Ausland das auch gar nicht erwarten darf , aber in den 16 Jahren die wir nach Limone kommen ist dies das erste Hotel wo wir das so erlebten. Der Kaffee , Orangensaft und die Rühreier waren eine Katastrophe. Der Rest des Frühstücks war ok. Das vielgepriesene Restaurant war geschlossen, ebenso der Pool im benachbarten Hotel (das ganze Hotel war geschlossen) den man eigentlich laut Beschreibung mitbenutzen durfte. Wir haben Verständnis dafür dass man aufgrund der aktuellen Situation Einschränkungen in Kauf nehmen muss, aber es wäre wünschenswert wenn man hierüber im voraus eine Info bekommt. Wie erwähnt, Lage, Einrichtung und Sauberkeit perfekt. Wir würden trotzdem nicht mehr wiederkommen.

renoviertes Hotel in Strandnähe, viele Deutsche

Das Hotel ist 2012 renoviert worden. Die Ausstattung ist neu. Der Strand ist 150 m entferne und sehr sauber. Zimmer auf der Südseite liegen an einem lauten Bach. Wenn man die Tür öffnet ist es schon recht laut in der Nacht. Durch sein zentrale Lage ist das Hotel für aktive geeignet.

Zimmer und bauliche Ausstattung in Ordnung

Das Abendessen besonders der Hauptgang war durchweg eine Katastrophe, das Fleisch verbraten und hart. die Beilagen z.B. Gemüse waren regelmäßig verkocht. Die bestellten Speisen stimmten nicht mit der Gelieferten überein. Die Serviceleute waren undisponiert und überfordert, konnten uns schon leid tun. Essen und Sevice entsprechen nicht mal 3 Sterne. Diese Situation stellte sich bei 70% der Gäste so dar. Wir haben alle nicht verstanden wie dieses Hotel auf so eine Bewertung kommt. Wiederholungsgäste gibt es sicher wenige, tut uns leid hätten gerne gelobt.

Schönes modern ausgestattetes Hotel in guter Lage zum See. Das Zimmer war sauber, hell und freundlich eingerichtet, mit großem Safe. Zu bemängeln sind die geringen Abstellmöglichkeiten im Badezimmer (lediglich um das Waschbecken herum und in der Duschkabine) und die fehlende Möglichkeit Badetücher etc. zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. An der Rezeption hatten wir leider nicht das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Wir kamen uns eher wie Störenfriede vor. Schade! Frühstücken kann man sowohl im Hotel als auch auf der Hotelterrasse mit wunderbarem Blick über den See. Beim Frühstück werden die Tische allerdings nicht zwischendurch abgeräumt, so dass sich das Geschirr auf dem Tisch türmt. Fazit: Hotel und Lage durchaus empfehlenswert, Service verbesserungswürdig.

Ein toller Urlaub

Tolle Lage vom Hotel, direkte Nähe zum See und zum Zentrum, kann alles ohne Auto erreicht werden, Das Auto kann auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz am Hotel abgestellt werden. Personal super freundlich, vor allen Dingen Mutter und Tochter , die das kleine Cafe am Swimmingpool betreiben.Hallenbad und Wellnessanlage kann vom Nachbarhotel mitbenutzt werden, auch dort die Angestellten der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Wir haben tolle Tage verlebt.Schöne Liegewiese mit kostenlosen Liegestühlen oberhalb vom See vorhanden. Wir hatten Übernachtung mit Frühstück und es war alles vorhanden, man hätte sogar schon mit einem Sektfrühstück beginnen können. Was will man mehr.Für uns immer wieder gerne!!!
