"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For the price they are charging, I expected at least a basic level of comfort and quality, but this place fell far below even the minimum standards. The rooms were poorly maintained, with worn-out furniture and a general lack of cleanliness. It felt neglected and far from the “premium” experience the pricing suggests. Basic amenities were either missing or in bad condition, and nothing about the stay justified the high cost. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was underwhelming, and it was clear that little effort is put into maintaining quality or guest satisfaction. For what you pay, you can find far better options elsewhere. I would not recommend staying here unless prices drop significantly or major improvements are made. As it stands, it is simply not worth the money."

"The breakfast was great. All of the staff were very kind. The only complaints I have is when I arrived there was a picture laying against the bed, it looked like someone had ripped it off the wall and then just left it there, and there were ants crawling on the nightstand. I went up to the front desk and they immediately moved me to a different room."

"The breakfast menu was superb. Fresh fruit, hot breakfast and an assortment of pastries. The hotel was super clean and i would definitely stay again. Very central to alot of different shops and just a few minutes from historic downtown bardstown. "

"Front desk personnel were great. I even witnessed the manager expertly, politely, and professionally deal with a rude, upset guest. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. The only down side was that a guest in the room above me was very loud. I asked the desk to ask them to keep it down. He either didn't speak to tue guest or the guest (which is most likely) just ignored him. Otherwise a nice stay."

"Need to purchase a new hot water heater to accommodate the entire hotel. The hot water heater went out during our stay. Quickly repaired but not enough hot water for showers when hotel is full. "

"Bathroom door is rotten. Linens were old, flimsy and looked dirty. It was ok for 1 night but we cancelled the 2nd night. "

"The AC unit was horribly loud. But bed was comfy. Outdated. "
