"The hotel is right next to a major road. The actual rooms and hotel look nothing like the pictures. We were told our reservation wasn’t confirmed when we first got there and that a room wasn’t ready for check in. I tried to cancel the stay and kindly requested a refund from the hotel since we decided to change to a different hotel. They denied the refund. The night there was terrible. There was no hot water and absolutely no hotel staff besides the unfriendly housekeeper. -Nunca intentamos quedarnos gratis.
