Nice big room, our toilet had the water shut off to it but we figured it out ourselves. The office couldnt find our booking bjt they were very nice and found it eventually.

No reply from hotel.com

Noticed lots of mosquitoes when we went into the room. They were aparently coming from a floor drain. Manager was willing to refund the room but had not yet been paid by hotels.com. I tried to contact hotels.com but only recieved an automated text messaging system. Ended up contacting my Credit card company and filing a complaint. Checked into a different hotel instead.

La alberca me encantó agua calientita, muy limpia, la habitación estaba limpia pero como que en un buen de tiempo no había sido limpiada porque había restos de insectos muertos, y la estufa estaba sucia y la cafetera también muy sucia por dentro, otra cosa que no me lo esperaba era que no podías cocinar mariscos, porque pues se supone que uno renta una habitación con cocineta para cocinar y pues uno no quiere estar cocinando solo huevos, creo entender que es por el holor que provoca el marisco y más porque aquí hace calor y se descompone rápido y atrae cucarachas se me hizo un poco caro una multa de $500 por cocinar pero es comprensible por qué lo hacen se ahí en fuera mi estancia fue agradable y disfrutamos mucho la alberca.

Excelente hotel, la atención fue excelente, habitaciones amplias y limpias, la piscina una maravilla tanto para adultos y para niños, el hotel cuenta con tienda de convivencia y cercas de playas y de restaurantes la ventaja q puedes encargar a domicilio del hotel...fácil acceso al hotel y cuenta con estacionamiento propio y seguro....

Me encanto la Alberta, muy tranquila y yo lleve una bocinita y estuvimos escuchando nuestra propia musica sin ningún problema. Por supuesto con mucho respeto y el volumen bajo para no molestar a los otros huspedes. La Alberca es muy grande y tienen otra pequena para loa niños. El cuarto tenía una cocinita lo cual fue de mucha utilidad.
