"We stayed at The Grove in December 2025 with our toddler and had a wonderful experience. The hotel felt magical at Christmas, beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming throughout. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well set up for a family stay, which made everything feel easy and relaxed.
The staff were exceptional: genuinely friendly, attentive, and especially thoughtful with our little one. Dining was excellent, with great options and flexibility for families, and the grounds were stunning...

"A truly mesmerizing experience. The room was of a standard comparable to the one we enjoyed at the Ritz in London. The castle and its surrounding grounds were beautiful and astonishing. The architecture was impressive in its history, beauty, and timeless elegance. The staff were polite and accommodating throughout. Altogether, it was a deeply enriching experience."

"Lovely staff, great option for room service, lovely facilities for use included in stay. We also had breakfast too!
The hotel is a lovely place in a lovely location, peacocks were a great added sight! There were some parts of the hotel that could use a little spruce up but on the whole we were very happy!"

"Excellent stay, quiet room and good food. I suggest staying in the main building, as the annexe is far from everything, and the path between the annexe and the main building can get slippery on rainy days (and it rains a lot in England). The wine list and beer selection need improvement."
