The hotel was located beside Victoria station and underground so commuting around the city was easy. The room was very clean and quiet with a fabulous view across the city. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay at the Riu again.

Amazing stay, everyone and everything was exceptional. The hotel has a history of opulence and luxury, and it did not disappoint, and the staff are the real heartbeat of this iconic hotel. "Good hotel overall. Love the bathroom as it’s a proper shower however the rainfall head wasn’t quite working properly. Clean room. Attentive staff. Would look to upgrade the kettle/coffee set up as this lets it down 4/5 as good price for this quality! Would definitely stay again"
