“Fantastic place for a stay over the MotoGP weekend. Warm friendly staff and very comfortable bed in a very pleasant room. Just two very minor observations - shower head positioning & water pressure. Sticky table in dining area. I would definitely stay here again.”
“I parked right outside my room - literally 10 feet away from the door, so parking was ideal! Laura was extremely helpful and very professional (other than the Pineapple juice - but we had words about that 😂). The room itself was very well presented and clean. Breakfast was lovely, and again, Laura was at hand to ensure a speedy and efficient service, also making sure the air temperature was ok for us. I don't usually write reviews, but this place deserves a positive mention. ”
“I stayed with my mum who is in a wheelchair. The Fox provided a ramp, removeable suction hand grips, rubber shower mat and a shower seat without asking. Access via the terrace. Perfect! ”
“This hotel is located at good location becasue there are many ristorantes. Specially I love indian and Thai food. The hotel is very long but renovated in the room. It was nice experience to live here. wifi is strong. every room design is different.”

“I came in June 2025 and came back in August 2025 and was just as pleased as the first stay. Perfect location, very clean rooms,,the staff is perfect informative and always helpful. My room was perfect with a perfect view. My first stay in June was for 6 nights and this stay in August was for 6 nights. You step out of the hotel directly to your safe boardwalk and it is located next to the town for all you needs and comfort ”
“The staff make the Bell - we were warmly welcomed on checking in, and bar/restaurant service was friendly and efficient too. The room and dinner were both good value and good quality. We’ll look out for Greene King inns on future trips, as this was a very good and enjoyable experience all round. ”
