"Very good hotel for the price paid. Great to have use of the pool. It seems all rooms have a separate toilet to the bathroom which isn’t great as have a medical condition that needs to be managed and requires access to a sink/water supply. May be accessible rooms available but don’t consider myself to have a disability that requires this. The dinner menu is good and food was nice. Breakfast is extremely overpriced - £72 for 4 adults just for one mornings breakfast! Would expect to pay up to £12 for an adult in line with places like premier inn, not £18! If the bathrooms could be renovated to everything in the same room and breakfast cheaper then it would be perfect."

"Very close to the airport and premium park. Would recommend booking an extra night of parking at one of the main airport parking areas and walking over to the hotel, save you the extra driving in the morning."

"Stayed for business, very good indeed and made a nice change from the traditional chains. WiFi worked great, shower was great, staff very friendly, room had some nice lighting touches. The only thing which was slightly inconvenient was the renewal of parking each day. Stayed for 3 nights but can only pay / book every 24 hours which either means you have to remember each day and / or watch the times. Arrived at 4pm, paid for 24 hours but then had to renew the following morning first thing as I wouldn’t have been back to the hotel in time later in the day. Would be far more convenient to be able to pay for the full duration up front, one less thing to worry about but overall that’s a minor thing, especially if you remember to do it!"

"We were warmly greeted at reception by Hayley. We checked in and booked breakfast for the morning. Hayley also gave us bottled water for our room. Our room was excellent, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a beautifully cooked full English breakfast, with fruit juice and coffee and the option of yoghurt and fruit. Yes, the hotel needs some TLC in some areas, but the excellent customer service more than made up for it."
