"Lovely clean room "

"An ideal overnight stopover for access to the airport at a competitive price. The room was adeqyfor my purpose. Clean and comfortable. There was a bath with an overhead shower. The room has basic facilities but effectively this was just somewhere to get my head down for a few hours before my flight. I parked in Library Road car park which was supposed to be pay on exit. However the barriers didn't seem to be working and I was charged just £2. The hotel car park is £15 per night apparently. Tea and coffee are free in the reception so I grabbed one to go."

"We would return to this hotel, because in many ways it was lovely! Super park view, well organised breakfast, sky bar views, great location-we stayed 3 nights-great value for money. Car parking was not a problem, plenty of spaces but pricing confusing! We arrived at the car park 3-5pm and left 10.30-11am each day-and was charged £9 each day! The hotel said it was cheaper if they didn't endorse the ticket-so we didn't! I will add a photo of the car park notice-confusing! and the one at the hotel for the surface car parking which seemed to be accurate! The room was spacious, but at 5'3'' I nearly had to take a running jump to get on the bed-it was so high! Only one chair for both of us, so it was a hot seat to try to get on first! It would have been good for both of us to be able to sit with a cuppa and look at the view in the morning! After first night the room was made up, second day we came back to dirty cups, full bins etc-apparently you have to ask for your room to be made up? In the evening bar staff stood around chatting, quick to get orders-but slow to deliver! One evening we waited over half an hour for 2 hot chocolates (they did only charge us for one when they eventually came) Bar and restaurant food-limited and expensive."

"Staff were welcoming. Room was clean and modern. Lacked a desk or any surface to do work but it is a budget hotel so understand why rooms why minimal"

"Location is right next to Terminal (10min walk). Rooms & bathroom were in good condition & very clean. Restaurant & bar onsite with a good menu & choice of beverages - burger was very tasty. Reception staff (Katie) was very helpful & professional - thank you. Parking - lots of spaces but you can only park there for a max of 24 hours. I needed 36 hours for my short business trip but unable to accommodate. I had to park elsewhere & park hike back to the hotel. Understand they cannot offer medium or long stay parking but raising the limit to 48 hours would be very helpful. Comfy bed - good service - would recommend"

"Easy 10 minute walk to Luton airport or taxis outside . Great staff from reception to bar. Clean room, quiet. Good value"
