“We booked a room that was advertised as a double room, but after checking in, we discovered that the bed was far too small to be considered a standard double. It was more like a slightly wider single bed, and two average-sized adults could barely fit on it. I raised the issue with the reception, but the only response I received was an apology and that the hotel was fully booked, so there was nothing they could do. “Overall, it was good. However, the spa was anything but. Rather than relaxing, the pool was noisier than an Irish bar on St Patrick's day. With treatments, as they were not very good at all.”

Check in late at night was a bit hap hazard, mainly due to process changes but when we really wanted to get to bed it was a bit delayed. The bed was comfy, shower very good and over all very comfortable. ”

“Disappointing. On arrival to the room, there was a distinct musty smell. Not pleasant and still present after opening the windows. No WiFi in the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised. A cooked choice would be expected (and was advertised)”
