“I really liked this hotel. It was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. I had an amazing night’s sleep! The staff were very helpful, if I had any queries, and the breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was that the lock didn’t work on my room door. I flagged it at the desk, when I left after my one night stay, and they said they’d get onto it.”

“Room was clean, staff was great, good food from the kitchen nice atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The property is well located with multi storey car park nearby and the river views very welcoming. Check in late at night was a bit hap hazard, mainly due to process changes but when we really wanted to get to bed it was a bit delayed. The bed was comfy, shower very good and over all very comfortable. ”

“Disappointing. On arrival to the room, there was a distinct musty smell. Not pleasant and still present after opening the windows. No WiFi in the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised. A cooked choice would be expected (and was advertised)”

“Good sized room and bed. Very hot and stuffy on entry. Tried the air con control panel but it was switched off. (In a heatwave in june?) Turned on unit at the mains and room cooled until early hours of the morning when I heard water splashing on the carpet from the ac unit.- Noticeable amount of water pouring from unit-So turned it off again. Also found bathroom door wouldn't shut. Personally I prefer to use the bathroom in private and not have the door swing open to full view of the...
