“The accommodation we had was a triple room with 3 single beds. It was a reasonable size and had a fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels provided were very clean. The staff were polite and friendly and when any request was made they acted immediately or as soon as they could. “Family room booked for three adults. Arrived to find two single beds. Booking confirmation states someone would be there to greet us. No-one was around. Fortunately we got through to somebody by phone and were able to get into the room but they were not able to provide us anywhere to stay for the three adults we had booked and paid for. “The property is well located with multi storey car park nearby and the river views very welcoming. Check in late at night was a bit hap hazard, mainly due to process changes but when we really wanted to get to bed it was a bit delayed. The bed was comfy, shower very good and over all very comfortable. ”
