“Clean”

“The location can't be beat, and Joseph (the manager) was extremely responsive. We started out in the Blu Suite, which was very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, it was difficult to sleep due to the loud music blaring just outside until 2 am, the light from the street beaming in brightly, and the construction that began at 6 am. We expected (and had been warned) that there would be street noise, but this was beyond what we could comfortably handle. Fortunately, Joseph was able to move us...

“I only stayed for one night before traveling, and the room they gave me was adequate. There was some noise from the outside that was a bit annoying in the morning, however, you are in Jerusalem and there is construction everywhere so it is to be expected. My only complaint about the room is that they did not supply some plastic cups to use when brushing your teeth. They did leave a glass by the sink, but I prefer not to use a hand washed glass (there are numerous videos on the Internet about why...

“Can’t beat the location. Staff was quick and helpful whenever we needed them.”

“La douche coulée sur la toilette”

“각국 대통령들이 이스라엘 방문시 숙박하신다는 호텔답게 품격있는 서비스가 참 좋았습니다. 특히 조식 식당에서 늘 웃으며 이야기 나눠주셨던 웨이터 할아버지 늘 기억에 남을것 같아요. 레스토랑의 디너 음식도 만족스러웠어요”

“Amazing staff, location and experience!”

“Chambre propre, mais un peu vieillot avec du nouveau mobilier le seul point négatif, c’est vraiment la restauration plus que médiocre”

“I had somehow failed to find this hotel in Hotels.com and booked a different hotel through the website for my stay in Jerusalem. Because I didn't like the hotel where I stayed, I looked around nearby and found this hotel. This hotel is very lovely and clean, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I also liked their restaurant and breakfast. I will definitely stay in this hotel when I will travel to Jerusalem again. This hotel is less than 10-minute walking distance from the old town of...

“Great views from our balcony and helpful staff. Loved the relative quiet.”

“The staff was amazing, the view was excellent. But the owner needs to shut down for a few days and clean it top to bottom and fix the many many broken items. This is a classic property that could be amazing but is being managed without an eye to the important details. There were too many things broken to list and the common areas were a disaster. Sheet were clean though :)”
