“Comfortable room for family of 3, one-night stay, convenient to airport and aquarium. Wish we could have enjoyed longer, especially the sky bar which looked like it had beautiful views! Breakfast was a great selection, and pool was just right for some unwinding from a hot day!”
“객실에 들어갔더니 욕실 바닥이 세제 등으로 미끄러웠고, 변기에도 세제 거품이 남아 있었습니다. 복도와 객실 내부에도 소독약 냄새가 강하게 남아 있었고요. 또한 난방기가 고장나 추위에 떨며 잤습니다. 직원이 왔으나, 해결해줄 수 없고, 담요만 줄 수 있다는 답변만 했습니다. 왜 평점이 낮은지 알겠더군요. 리셉션 직원들도 체크인 할 때부터 귀찮은 기색이 역력했습니다. ”
“I cannot speak highly enough about the hotel manager Saolo and the entire staff of the Arch Hotel. The front desk staff were quick to offer helpful information regarding my stay and various activities in Lisbon. My room was a clean and adequate space. The AC worked very well and the bed was comfortable. I also really liked the balcony and the perspective it provided. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“This is my second visit. It is a bit far from the center of Lisbon, but I visited again because I had good memories of my previous visit. The friendly staff and clean facilities are great. The breakfast was also good. p.s. In particular, the female staff member who was there when we checked in on the night of June 25th was especially friendly during our stay. From what I 'remember', I think she was the same staff member I met last year. I want to give her a compliment.”
