Only there for a short stay before our flight. Room was nice, beds were comfy and the bathroom was beautiful. Window treatments are excellent for blocking light. I’d certainly stay there again.

Was a absolutely wonderful experience. Our host was most helpful and over the top with assistance (actually helped warm a late dinner up for us! One other note - is a very easy walk to the airport.

Unfortunately, couldn’t take advantage of the breakfast because we left too early, but the staff is very good at communicating. The rooms are absolutely perfect for what we needed with a one night stay prior to an early start at the airport.

Alvalade Palace was such a wonderful place to stay. Although it wasn’t in the city centre, it was only a short uber or bolt ride away. The accommodation was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so lovely. I would definitely recommend!

Stayed only one night after a cruise and left early morning so we can’t rate the breakfast. Staff was helpful. Allowed us to store bags prior to check in. Dining options around 10 minute walk from hotel. WiFi was fast. Nice and clean accommodation. Not easy to bring heavy bags up the entry stairs to front door. Shower valves were hard to operate. Room slippers would have been appreciated.

We wish we could have stayed longer! The property is amazing and the rooms are a very nice combination of old school style mixed with modern new features (bathroom). We really enjoyed sitting outside in the patio area for both early evening drinks and also our breakfast coffees and food

Excellent location, quiet but close to the airport and lots of shops and restaurants. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a little small but not a big deal! My room was close to the entrance and there were some loud guests leaving around 4:30 am which was frustrating, but no fault of the hotel.

I’d give 10 stars if possible! We were allowed to drop off our bags in the morning to store until check-in time. The whole place was immaculate, and the manager was extremely helpful. He told us where to find food and shops. We enjoyed seeing people of all ages enjoying walking and talking in the neighborhood around. We walked from and back to the airport - easy to walk or you can take a bus. We’ll stay again if we need a place close to the airport. Thank you!

Was exactly what I needed - a safe/clean place to stay for the night till my flight the next day. I had a very late check-in, so I didn't swing by the front desk during operating hours till my Check-Out time (of which I had to search for the attendant some 15 minutes). The room was cutely decorated and perfect for one traveler, as I feel as though two to the one room would be a bit tight. Would stay here again.

The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and had great recommendations. The hotel doesn’t have any signage outside which was a bit confusing when the uber dropped us off but it was otherwise a outstanding.

This property is in a beautiful neighborhood, a brief walk to a beautiful church and busy shops and cafes, also close Uber ride to the airport. Our room was simple, but there was a garden to enjoy. Unfortunately, I could not enjoy the included breakfast because of an early flight. It is a very good value.

It is handy to airport (7 Euro uber ride away) and Lisboa Oriente train station (12 Euro uber ride away) . It is in a restaurant void in the immediately surrounding area but a 20 minute walk away from Frago, a restaurant with an entirely local clientele and menu and great value pricing. Because of our early flight we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the hotel’s pleasant looking patio and garden for breakfast,
