The rooftop bar and restaurant is amazing - great food and drinks. You can hear music from the street and the views of the city and water are amazing. Perfectly situated between all the neighborhoods you need to go and the staff was so kind and lovely. Highly recommend a balcony room!

Our stay at hotel do Chiado was wonderful and even better than I expected! The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony with views was such a treat. And beyond that the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is right in the heart of Chiado and close to everything you could need in Lisbon! I would stay here again.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and kind. The view from the rooftop bar is arguably the best we experienced in all of lisbon, that alone is worth the stay. In addition, the location is perfect, situated close to the major rail station to visit other regions and the local Lisbon attractions. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Hotel was very chic. Beautiful location in the midst of most spots. What we loved more was our late night stroll to shops and restaurants. Staff was amazing, I mean I really had nothing to complain about. Even my toddler loved it. Was very clean and the roof top is everything.

Excellent hotel! We were on the 7th floor with patio and amazing views of the river and the city and the castle . The pictures don’t even begin to show beautiful the views are! clean hotel, modern, and quiet with excellent breakfast. thank you to Tomas at front desk! Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel do Chiado in Lisbon. The view from the restaurant was absolutely beautiful, especially for a romantic experience. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was extremely respectful, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, it was a memorable and lovely experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms were large with great air conditioning and black out drapes. The rooftop bar had incredible views. Our first time in Lisbon and the hotel was excellent! Located in a great part of the city.. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was beautiful and the outdoor roof deck bar was great.. Just wished we had a few more days to enjoy the hotel... Would definitely stay there again!

This hotel is in a great location. When I arrived in my room, I noticed there was a strong mildew smell coming from the sheets. I asked to have all of the pillows and pillowcases changed the first night but after housekeeping the next day, the smell was back. I would recommend the hotel look into the laundry practices to make sure wet sheets aren’t sitting long before before being put in the dryer.

We loved the hotel! Amazing location in the heart of Chiado. Can get around by walking. Loved the rooftop bar to relax, enjoyed drinks in the sun. The staff was great… highly recommend!
