Room was very clean and hotel was updated and modern on a pedestrian street. However, the ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING -- and we would have never stayed there if we had known ahead of time. Also, reception is a climb up to the first floor. Staff is very helpful with the luggage but the stairs are NOT easy. Breakfast was charming in the restaurant next door. Would have loved to have two beds and a bigger room, but I appreciate what we had :)

The room, bathroom and the hotel as a whole are extremely clean. Location is excellent as it's one of the main streets of the city. The pastel de nata which they offer is a huge bonus- this is a must try if it's your first time visiting Portugal. During my stay in Lisbon, I was sadly pickpocketed, leaving me without a phone. The staff at LX Arch Hotel were amazing, as they went above and beyond in providing me with computer facilities, access to a phone to make calls, as well as directing me to the best police station to file a report of the theft. I wouldn't wish what happened to me upon anyone but just know that anybody who does stay at this hotel is in great hands. They will do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible, even when things go wrong.

I absolutely love this hotel and the employees are Top Tier!! This is the only hotel you should stay at while visiting Lisbon. The hotel staff was some of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. They welcomed me and my mom with wine and pastries while checking us in. The lady checking us in also recommended a driver that would take us to the airport. We had an early flight so they offered us a box breakfast and delivered if a night before our flight. Saulo, the hotel manager, carried our luggage upstairs and came to work early just to help bring our luggage downstairs for our early flight. The staff was welcoming, kind, and offered top tier service! The hotel is located by everything.Restaurants, souvenir stores, bakeries, live entertainment and Praca do Comercio are footsteps away from the hotel. The view in 402 was beyond anything I could have imagined….It was absolutely beautiful!! I could see the arch from my room and at night there was live entertainment outside and I could see and hear everything from my room. I can’t say enough about this hotel. I Loved everything about it!! I will encourage my family and friends to stay here when they visit Lisbon.

We had a wonderful stay at LX Arch. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, we were greeted with a glass of port and a pastel de nata, which was such a lovely touch. The team were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay, offering great recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try, and the best ways to get around the city. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and in an excellent location right on Rua Augusta. Despite being on such a busy pedestrian street, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the hotel was. Our room had a balcony with a wonderful view down the street, which was a real highlight. We were also able to store our luggage both when we arrived early and after we checked out, which made everything so much easier. The communication was great too - we received a message as soon as our room was ready. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would not hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others.

The front desk staff were excellent. We had early starts for tours and since breakfast started at 7:30am, they delivered a boxed meal the previous night. The rooms were very clean and the central location was great.

Uitstekend hotel! De kamer was ruim en comfortabel, met alles wat je nodig hebt. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging, midden in de oude binnenstad, is perfect – een prima uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. Zeker een aanrader!

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing! Helpful, take time to make sure you are comfortable. It is a smaller size boutique hotel. Renovated rooms, very very clean; From the sheets to the bathroom- everything was spotless. The bathroom was on the smaller side but that is to be expected in central location. Close to everything- shopping, dining, post office, transportation, train station- you name it- everything is there! Recommended breakfast and brunch spot: LEVE Food for all (next to train station)

We chose Lx Arch hotel because of its location which was very convenient to many sites. There are a lot of tourist in the area and can get crowded. The hotel is not directly accessible by taxi so you have to arrange for pickups at least a block away. The room was VERY tight. We are both tall and fortunately only had a roller bag and backpack each. Anything more would not have fit in our room. They did offer to move us to a slightly larger room, but it wasn’t available the first night and we already were on an excursion when the called the next day for transfer. The front desk clerk was great and created us with some port and a Portugal traditional pastry. I would have preferred the larger room but we made it work. The room was tidy and clean and room service was excellent. Did I not opt for the breakfast so no comment.
