Good experience in this Hotel. Big apartment and very good situation. Besides if you go with car the hotel has his own parking without cost, and he is very necessary because in this area there is not parking available out in the street

We booked a family suite with 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch. The suite was spacious and clean. Friendly staff and decent breakfast buffet with a lot of different food options. Air conditioning units in the suite were great.

The people were really nice. The place is old, but they keep it pretty clean. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and hang out for a bit, but you’re spending most of your time sightseeing then this is a good place. At the end of the day you can be in a really fancy hotel, and have really bad service.… But this place is pretty decent with really good service.

This was an excellent apartment/hotel in a central location in Lisbon. Clean and quiet. The only problem was that the electrical outlet where my bedside table was seemed to go out in the last day (perhaps related to the outage that day).

We stayed at this hotel with as a family of five (2 adults 3 kids). The staff was generous and kind. We flew from the US and our room was ready within an hour of our arrival - well befire check-in - which was a big plus. The property itself was clean and neat. Our room exceeded my expectations. We reserved the suite and it was far bigger than I could have imagined. It had 3 single beds in the kids room and a huge bed (bigger than a king) in the master bedroom. The room also had two full bathrooms with showers, which was great. The rooftop pool was perfect. Great views of the city. Two seperate pools - one that was more of a small waiting pool - perfect for my 4 year old - and a nice drink selection at the bar. We stayed at another hotel at the end of our trip and if I could have done it again - I would have choosen this hotel again - as it was far superior in quality. Additionally, I opted to get the breakfast - which was buffet style - but was well worth the price - all the kids were happy - and it saved time deciding where to eat in the morning. Highly recommend!
