Wonderful place, great host, great breakfast included. 2 bedroom apartment was large and very comfortable. Location great, EXCEPT you're in the middle of Bairros Alta, so lots of partying in the adjoining streets. Apartment has thick wooden doors to cover the windows so it tries very hard to reduce the noise. Place feels safe even late at night.

checking-in as challenging, d/t construction on the street of Hotel. thank God Ishad from Reception came to meet us at a location and then back to the parking garage and he helped us with our luggage. There should be some signage on the building that says Lisbon Colors. The apt was fabulous. Very comfortable bed, nice furnishings and finished in apt. very quiet.

Bring earplugs, as the area noise absurd, especially on the weekends, and even on the 3rd floor. But that was a small price to pay to be in the heart of all the action, as long as youthful debauchery makes you smile. Anyway, the staff was attentive and helpful, the breakfast was fine, and the place itself was very nice. No complaints, would totally stay there again.

Main problem for 2026 is the amount of construction on the street - it was completely closed so we had to drag suitcases from other streets to get to the hotel - and then getting to parking was a nightmare with streets closed etc. was very frustrating. But staff excellent about helping. Wish I knew about all this before I booked - I would have booked somewhere else. We are told this is going on to end of 2026.

Arrived at 9pm on a Saturday night and I was very worried about the noise in the surrounding streets but i needn’t have worried as the apartment was completely sound proofed. There is a lot of work being done on the street outside but other than very dusty shoes this wasn’t an issue. There is an apartment itself was clean, well equipped and met all our needs for a fantastic stay in Lisbon. Added bonus of breakfast each morning at the extremely friendly cafe next door.

Everything for us was as we expected. The only problem was the construction happening in the street (during August 2026) and taking the luggages was not easy. But the hotel staff were super helpful to help us bringing the luggages in. Location is in the middle of night life actions and small bars open late. We recommend this place.

The room was nice but a little small. The pictures made it look larger than it was. However, our stay here was still great. The staff was all very nice and helpful. The free breakfast every morning was great. We also had access to a beautiful courtyard where we could sit out and enjoy our coffee in peace. There is also a shared rooftop that you can use that has wonderful views of the city. We didn't know that the Bairro Alto neighborhood is where a lot of the bars/nightclubs are (that was our fault for not doing our research) and when we walked down some of the streets at night, we were worried about how noisy the neighborhood was. However, our room was very soundproof! We could barely hear anything which was great.

The street where this property is located is undergoing extensive repaving, leaving it as a dirt road that makes walking to and from the property difficult. Unfortunately, we were not informed of this situation until the check-in instructions were sent the day before our arrival. This was a significant communication oversight, as the construction could have affected our decision to book this location. I believe the ongoing roadwork should be clearly disclosed in the listing so guests can plan accordingly. To their credit, the staff do assist with luggage by helping guests transport it to the nearest road accessible to vehicles. Additionally, the property is directly across from a hookah bar, and music from nearby bars can be somewhat loud at night. On a positive note, the interior is very nice, and the property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Overall, the accommodations themselves were pleasant, but better communication about the road construction and surrounding nightlife would have significantly improved our experience.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food and bars nearby. But perhaps as a result a little noisy at night. Comfortable beds. Hot shower. Shower door allows everything to get wet in the bathroom though. No nearby parking: do not plan to drive there!

It was a perfect lay out for my husband and me. It had enough space and sliding dividers to block out any lights that would usually keep me awake and other spaces ( the dining area and the couch for relaxing options) Very comfy bed. THRILLED to have a bath tub! The kitchen had everything we needed..not that we cooked a lot. Soooo many restaurants that were very close by.
