Conditions of room and overall property is very run down. The quality of the breakfast was terrible. Staff was nice, however difficult to communicate at times as most didn’t speak english. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was very clean. The pool area had plenty of seating and shaded areas as well. The stuff was very friendly and their breakfast was good! The location was perfect for getting to downtown Tampa and other popular areas.
