"The front desk was helpful. When I arrived, they said my room was not available for an early check-in, but less than five minutes later, it became available. Strange, but it worked out in my favor. My experience with room service was not ideal. I had a suite and apparently did not hear them knock on the door. So when I called to check on the food an hour later, they said they had thrown it away. Luckily they didn’t charge me. But I would’ve appreciated a call, letting me know somebody was attempting to deliver my food."
