“I liked how clean the room was and especially the large desk are that I used frequently while I was there for a week! The only two issues I wished different--the was no freezer in the mini fridge and I had no way to make my ice packs cold each day. And the bed mattresses were flat and VERY hard. Other than that, things were great!”

“The family above our room was banging on the floor and yelling ALL night and we couldn’t sleep. Tried calling the office and left a voicemail but no call back nor did they speak to family. Had to blast the A/C and TV to try and get sleep. When I checked out the following morning all they said was, “sorry”. Will not go back. Poor customer service”

“We had a wonderful stay here during our trip to Cooperstown Dreams Park. The room was updated, spotless, and very comfortable after long days at the ballpark. It was an easy 25-minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park and only about 15 minutes from the charming town of Cooperstown, making it a great location for both baseball and sightseeing. The property is exceptionally well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach and swimming area. It was the perfect place to relax...

“If you want a place where there's some space and just to sleep, then for the price they charge it's a nice place to stay. Other places were much more and we were visiting Cooperstown for my son's 12U. baseball tournament and we only used this place to sleep and get up and go to the game and repeat. It served its purpose. The staff were a family that resided at the property and they were respectful and friendly.”
