“I had a lovely 2-night stay at the Heron Inn. Great staff; friendly and helpful. My room had a comfortable bed with good pillows and lots of light ( which matters to me). Loved being able to have coffee or tea whenever I wanted it from the dining room. Fresh and tasty breakfast. Lovely garden area for enjoying my coffee outside with the birds. I enjoyed an excellent 90 minute massage. I would stay there again.”
“This hotel is older, but they do a good job of maintaining the premises and the rooms. Everything is convenient and works. If you have any issues, they get staff on it immediately.
The staff is awesome, very polite and professional, and they exude an authentic desire to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.
I’m a repeat customer and will continue to be.”

“Customer service was outstanding,The only thing I think would of been better is more accessibility to Ice but was very happy about our 2 day stay here”
“Pretty standard inn. We arrived late and weren’t able to unlock the lockbox to get room cards following the provided instructions. So we called and the staff was helpful to guide us.”
“When in room very quiet. Comfortable beds. Room was really big. Had a bathroom with a stopper that actually worked. Hotel located on busy street. Convenient to spend the night before getting morning ferry.”
“The building is a bit dated, but well maintained and clean. Great location to Deception Pass State Park and a short drive to Downtown Anacortes. We stayed here with our pup. There were signs stating that pets were not allowed pink there second floor, yet that was where our room was assigned. It would to been nice to be able to select a first floor room. Also, the walls are very thin. The group in the next room were singing karaoke drunkenly until midnight. No fault of the hotel, but...
