“Nice room in an old hotel. Modern amenities. Need to get new towels. A little noisy due to street traffic. ”

“The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

“Parking was easy and secure. Staff was friendly. AC worked ok. I would stay there again.”

“Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

“I absolutely love everything about it ! It truly brought back time how the original Fla used to be where everything isn’t manmade. It felt like home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The water view was so calming and beautiful. We enjoyed our quiet night surrounded the fire pits. The bed was comfortble. You could walk on the deck and watch the sunset. We didn’t go to the pool but my kids did they had fun and ,played basketball at the court. It was a good old fashioned fun ! Oh and there...

“We just needed an affordable and clean safe place to sleep and this checked the boxes. The staff were very helpful and it had what we needed. A few quirks for being an older hotel, (had to turn on the light switch for the bathroom before you could get in and close the door in the middle of the night, and there's a hole in the wall in the bathroom where the door knob hits it) but worked great for us and we were happy to use this place. Loved that the mattresses were NOT memory foam! Thank you!...
