“Absolutely unacceptable experience. I stayed here for one night on June 26, 2026, and arrived at 9:30 PM with a confirmed reservation. Instead of checking me in, I was told my room wasn’t ready. I wasn’t given a room until 12:05 AM—more than 2½ hours later. What’s the point of making a reservation if the hotel can’t have a room ready by late evening? “When my friend and I got there the man at the desk claimed he only had a king for us (although I already booked two queens) but I got him to admit he had the room He said the tv was broken but it wasn't he probably just wanted more money out of us Also had to give a one hundred dollar deposit "in case we broke something" hopefully I'll get that back within the 48 hours he said I would”
