They couldn’t find my reservation and I started to freak out a little but the gentleman at the counter said he would give me the room for what i was supposed to pay but then said he would give me a better deal for about $25 less. I really appreciated that. My room didn’t get cleaned or restocked with towels but it was ok. Parking was free so that was a plus. Very happy with my stay"
