dirty room, had someone’s dirty laundry, shower and toilets all stained with brown and yellow stains, door hanger flung off as we walked in, all surfaces dirty, dead bugs at windowsill, bedsheets stained with black stuff. so dirty and poor communication, left after 30 minutes and got no refund whatsoever. also no lock on bathroom door, one of the beds was broken, plug socket broken

Sorry to say, I had a worst experience ever in this property. Right from locating the property to getting into onwards. No sign board with the name of the property, no staff at the reception, getting the room key itself was a big hustle. The room was with a foul smell and not inhabitable. The bed sheet were unclean, towels old and torn, empty shower gel and hand wash bottles in bathroom, no provision of kettle or tea bags in the room etc etc. I couldn't spend hardly 2 hours in the property and vacated the room. I have booked through Expedia several times and never had this kind of terrible experience. I am requesting a full refund and a complimentary stay in future in compensation for the waste of time, purpose and effort of the day. Regards Denny
