They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. “Beautifully refurbished room, clean and incredibly comfortable with great amenities and wonderful staff. Slight criticism is the impossibly small sized size of the sink in the bathroom, that small infact, when trying to wash my face I may or may not have bumped my head off the tap (insert laughs here). Electrical sockets would have also been ideal to both sides of the bed. Didn't have breakfast but did pop in for a evening beverage and the pub was stunning. Bit on the pricey side but again...

“Great location, beautifully decorated room and good quality bedding, towels, toiletries etc. However .. our room (9) was TINY .. the gap on one side of the bed was approx 8 inches between the bed and the wall so very difficult to navigate safely particularly at night without stubbing your toe on the one side or bumping into to door handle on the other.
