Lo peor de lo peor es que no tenga, ni ofrezca opciones de parking. Te pasas media estancia buscando sitio para aparcar, y la policía municipal sólo pendiente de multar. Si vas con coche, no lo recomiendo.

Personal war super freundlich Zimmer waren sauber. Frühstück hatten wir keins. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Fernseher war. Im Zimmer würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir waren total überrascht vom Hotel. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte eine ausreichende Größe. Toll war, dass wir sogar Meerblick hatten. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und kann vor Ort für 12 Euro dazugebucht werden. Das Hotel verfügt über einen großen Pool nebst kleinerem Kinderbecken. Für faire Preise kann man an der poolbar super essen und trinken. Die Pizza ist wirklich extrem lecker. Wenn man sich die Getränke in plastebecher füllen lässt, kann man damit auch zum Pool. Es gibt ausreichend liegen und Schirme. Zum Strand sind es fünf Minuten. Und in der näheren Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte und Restaurants. Zum Flughafen mit dem Bus sind es ca 20-30 Minuten und zum Ballermann 6 ca 30 Minuten zu Fuß.

This is rated three stars so I didn't have big expectations. I thought I was getting a single room but was delighted to be given a twin room for solo occupancy. The room was basic but clean. The bathroom was lovely and big and the shower was really powerful. The bed was really comfortable. Although I had a balcony I didn't use it as it didn't get the sun at any time. The pool area was lovely and there was loads of sunloungers. The pool area was really quiet, I'm assuming due to the time of year, but that was perfect for me as I was there to just chill and soak up the sun. The breakfast was 12 euros per day, I didn't think there was a great selection of foods but it was sufficient. It would have been nice if there had been some kind of entertainment in the evenings but the bar wasn't even open. All the staff I came across were lovely, all welcoming and helpful. The Hotel Amazonas is very central, literally 2 minutes walk to the beach. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Overall, we had a good stay. The only issue was the room cleaning. During our 10 day stay, our room was not cleaned even once, despite us putting the “please clean” sign on the door several times. Everything else was good. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away and it’s easy to find parking if you rent a car.

I stayed in a single room on the fourth floor, easily accessible by elevator. The room was simply furnished with a bed, chair, wardrobe, nightstand, and a shelf serving as a makeshift table. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower; a shelf or a larger vanity would have been a welcome addition. An active exhaust fan would have been a plus, though the air conditioning compensated well when the bathroom door was left open. Overall, the room was good, although the balcony received neither morning nor afternoon sun; consequently, my beach towel didn't dry by the next day, even in 29-degree heat. Breakfast cost 12 euros and offered a simple selection, but it was perfectly adequate for me thanks to the scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, cheese, and bread rolls. The machine-made milky coffee was delicious. It was a shame the bar closed as early as 6:30 PM; I would have liked to sit there until 10 or 11 PM and perhaps meet other hotel guests. A kiosk and a car rental office right across the street rounded off the experience nicely. I would stay at this hotel again.

I was not happy with gentlemen that checked me in as when I came into room cleaniless didnt feel clean as there was a cockroach on floor and I went to talk to him about the heater not working because it was cold I couldn’t sleep and he said that not my problem what do you want me to do about it? said the heaters dont work then at end of our exchanges said maybe can get me a blanket and just said to look in closet and let him know. it was cold all night couldn’t sleep. the other two lady early in day checking and checkout were very good and professional. I might despute charges

Also das Hotel liegt weiter entfernt von der Schinkenstraße es ist aber alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Strand ist eigentlich nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichbar. Leider wurde das Zimmer nur 2 mal gereinigt in 7 Tagen trotzdessen das es alle 2 Tage geschehen sollte. Gefragt wurden wir auch nicht ob die Reinigung ausgelassen werden kann. Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Staff made the hotel all of them were wonderful. Especially the tattoed lady on reception even helped me set my phone up (iam nearly 70) breakfast was wonderful.
