โLetโs begin by saying how beautiful this hotel is. You are literally close to everything. Second the staff is probably the best you will find at any Hotel. The level of comfort is second to none. If your from another planet you will feel at home there. Breakfast was excellent.โ

โPosto molto accogliente e rilassante. Camere e spazzi in comune arredati con gusto e cura. Cibo molto buono e vini di produzione propria. Si gira nel giardino fra fiori, ulivi e sculture. Un tuffo nella bella piscina e poi relax sulla sdraio con un libro o una bevanda. โ

โLoved this property. So welcoming. Home cooked food was quick and tasty. Amazing fish pasta followed by sea bass. Can't complain about that! Didn't have time to enjoy it but the pool looked amazing. Breakfast relied on a bit more processed and pre packaged pastries than I'd like. There was a good choice though and plenty to fuel us for the day. A great stopover. Remote and peaceful.โ

โThis is a beautiful oasis in the countryside, near Selinunte and beaches. It was such a great place to escape the heat, the stress of driving around Sicily using google maps, and traveling in general. Masseria del Carboj has modern amenities, nice aesthetics, a beautiful pool in the middle of vineyard, and feels like you're in Napa valley. The restaurant (Racina) at the hotel is absolutely amazing, like Michelin star level food, so definitely eat here when you stay. โ
โThe hostess was gracious, charming and accommodating. The supper and tour of the winery facilities were personable, enjoyable and welcoming. The breakfast included plenty of fresh foods, fruit and pastries.The pool was very clean. The view from the pool and the room was bucolic. The beaches nearby around Torre Salsa were the most spectacular ones we visited in all of Sicily. Highly recommended overall.โ
