“I could not imagine staying anywhere else as location was perfect. Although there was two of us we reserved the family room that had a bunk bed in there as well. Also a benefit was the balcony that you could go out or leave open for the fresh crisp air. We had the top corner room overlooking the canal and if you can reserve this one as you had canal view as well as out to the Loch Lthough not a full view. “The owners were very welcoming. We stayed at a number of different hotels and country houses on our tour, and this was our favorite. We wished we'd started there longer. We had a whiskey tasting, delicious dinner, and lovely breakfast. We watched wildlife from the balcony and enjoyed beautiful views of Loch Ness. Foyers Falls is a great place to explore. And we went down to the beach on the loch and enjoyed the impressive views to the north and the south. Wonderful Scottish hospitality. ”
