Nice hotel over looking Loch Ness. Great access to the boat tours. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing and a highlight for a reasonable price. Only downside was a bit of road noise as hotel is right on the main road to Inverness

Room was relatively small but ok for a night or two. Bed was way too soft. Food was basic (but pretty much the only place around). View was quite good. Looking over the loch un the dining room (and rooms facing).

This hotel is right across from Loch Ness. Main level is a gift shop and a small print shop, along with bathrooms for the bus groups that arrive for the Jacobite Boat tours, so it does get very busy during the day. Check-in along with the rooms are on the second level and there is a lift. The bar/restaurant are across from the front desk, with large windows over looking Loch Ness. The dinner menu is awesome and so are the breakfast's. Inverness is only 15-20 min up the road way and is a nice city to walk around. I can’t say enough about the Loch Ness Clansmen Hotel along with its staff.

Staff were extremely helpful from check in to restaurant. Breakfast and Dinner were both delicious and a fab view of the loch! Only negative was our family room - not enough space for 3 adults and a few issues with the bathroom.

This is a roadside hotel that is almost a theme park. I loved it. It is getting a little tired in some areas and in our family room the furniture didn't quite entirely fit in the room but it was comfortable, clean, the breakfast was great, and you can get a pretty good view over Loch Ness while you eat it.

Perfect location for taking the Lochness Boat tour. A walkway right from hotel under the road brings you to the boat in 5 minutes. Food was very good and loved the view of the lake from the room. Parking can be tight when the coaches arrive for the boat tours but the staff are onsite directing traffic. Nice gift shop right in hotel.

You are basically paying for the location! No faulting the staff, very courteous & friendly. Restaurant very good. But rooms are very small. Not much room at all, bathrooms compact but well presented. Hotel is also used as coach stop for boat tours on Loch Ness. Recommended but high price for small room.
