“All the public tooms and garden were in excellent order. The bedroom was comfortable though a little small for a four night stay. Excellent parking with EV charging provided”

“Nancy and Scott were very very accommodating, especially as we fell foul of a Calmac glitch which resulted in our being hours behind schedule. We needed to resolve all sorts of things en route by email & text. It was such a relief to arrive to a lovely welcome after a hard day’s slog from the Outer Hebrides. The room was great, well equipped and very comfortable. The bed was so, so comfortable. Then breakfast was not only well presented but also delicious. This is one to return to - or not...

“Leider war unser erster Eindruck vom Zimmer sehr enttäuschend. Im Zimmer roch es unangenehm muffig, im Fensterbereich war deutlich Schimmel vorhanden, und im Bett befanden sich Haare. Einen solchen Zustand hatten wir bei einem Hotelzimmer nicht erwartet. Die entsprechenden Bilder füge ich der Bewertung bei. Nachdem ich mich an der Rezeption beschwert hatte, reagierte die Mitarbeiterin dort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie zeigte uns zwei alternative Zimmer, aus denen wir auswählen konnten....

“We checked into the Fishers Hotel on 29/6/26 for 2nts and booked B&B. When we arrived the lady on reception was polite and offered us a comp drink on arrival. We were allocated room 220 which is a King room. There was lots of maintenance issues. * Wall paper was peeling away from the walls. Very noticeable. * The chandelier wasn't completely attached to the ceiling. Wires, elements were showing. * Bathroom glass shelf very wobbly. Was too afraid to even place our toothbrushes on it. * Toilet...
