"Amazing stay at this lovely apartment right in the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure! The apartment is huge and has everything you need. It’s super clean and great communication, very easy check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again! "

"The views the place was lovely very vintage. Unfortunately in Expedia they don’t mention the real deal of things so here it goes I went with my partner and we noticed a very strong smell of mold we had to open the windows there was no air conditioning so as you can see it gets very hot there so we had to buy a new fan we couldn’t stay with the windows closed the smell was very strong. "I loved my stay at Hotel Laurin. The room was great, very clean and the balcony was a massive plus. The pool area was excellent, for the time of year the number of sun loungers was plenty, and the view over the coast was perfect. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot & cold, and sweet & savoury. The staff were all brilliant, welcoming and helpful. And the area was close to all restaurants and shops, as well as the boat to Portofino and the train to all the popular spots on the coast as well as the smaller villages. Santa Margherita itself is the perfect base for the area, with a calmer feel than some of the more intense tourist areas, whilst still having enough of a buzz to not feel too quiet. I would highly recommend! Grazie Mille!"

"Hotel is in a brilliant location . Fantastic views . We did hire a car , but not needed. Everything within walking distance and a regular bus & boat services to other parts of the area .Secure valet parking €40 per day . Hotel a little tired looking in parts but very clean . Hotel staff were fantastic , really took good care of us & made our trip very special . We would highly recommend ."

"We had an excellent stay at Regina Elena. We booked a room with a terrace looking out to the sea which was better than expected. The terrace was huge and had a table and chairs, as well as lounge chairs - perfect for a morning coffee or evening wine! The bed was very comfortable, the room had a well-stocked mini fridge with reasonable prices and the bathroom was spacious and had a great shower. Breakfast every morning was excellent. It had so many choices that I enjoyed something different each morning. The roof top pool and beach were both very nice and the hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop and along the walking path to Portofino. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Room was very clean. Excellent shower head. Comfortable bed. Great ocean view. You are right on the Main Street and if you open the windows you will get a lovely ocean breeze but it can be noisey until the crowds leave but with the window closed it is quiet. I’d stay hear again and would recommend it to my friends"

"This is a beautiful restored historic hotel. My room was small twin bed single room, perfect for one traveler. I had beautiful outdoor space on a terrace outside my room. Breakfast was included, had everything I needed. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The location was convenient to the train station, the ferries, the buses, shopping and restaurants. And very close to the beach!"
