The stay was very uncomfortable unfortunately. - uncomfortable room. the family room (3 beds) doesn't feel like a hotel, it feels like a hostel. It has a weird layout. Bed #2 and #3 are small single beds. The AC does not work. - bad check-in experience. The receptionist who checked me in at night at first gave me a lower grade room. When i showed her my booking, she then realized i paid for the bigger room. She was also just not welcoming and friendly. - good check-out: the two receptionists in the morning were very sweet and friendly. we needed chargers and they were happy to help.

Room facing the wall. In the room 15-18 degrees Celsius. There are better hotels nearby for the price.

Brilliant location short walk from restaurants and bars, and next to tram hub station. Clean and good condition with helpful staff. But someone had smoked in my room and the smell wouldn’t go away. Refurbishment of building just behind resulted in enough noise at 6:30am to wake me up. Would stay there again despite the issues.

A lot of noise from neighboring rooms and construction noise on daily bases. I spent 6 nights and never seen a room maid cleaning my room or changing my towels or reorganize my bed.

I paid for a family room, with a common area, i.e.a sofa ao our group had somewhere to relax other than just a bed to sit on. On entering my room it was just a room with a small double bed and a single. On questioning the reception staff i and showing the picture ofbthe room i had paid for, i was told they had none of those rooms available, she then gave me a key to another room which was even smaller. Basically this is false advertisement, the lady didnt speak great english but i was under the inpression, the "family room" does not exist and is being falsely advertise on expedia, when i said id just like my money back if ive paid for a room with a sofa, i was told because i booked with expedia that they cannot do that. Disgusting.

Belki 10 yıl önce hep kullanırdım. Şimdi yine kullandim bu oteli. Yenilenmiş . Gayet temiz ferah. Yalnız akşam bir sıcak su sorunu yaşadım. Sabaha düzeldi. Sanırım anlık birseydi. Otoparkın biraz duzene ve fiyatının iyilestirilmeye ihtiyacı var. Ayrica bütün avrupa otellerinin artik tek kullanimlik terliğe gecmesi gerekli. Lodz gittigimde yine ayni oteli tercih ederim.

Bra läge

Hotellet ligger bra till i staden, nära till allt. Frukosten kunde ha varit bättre, den var väldigt basic. Mer frukt vore trevligt. Minus är att rummet vi fick inte hade AC, speciellt nu under sommaren. Letar du efter ett ställe där du inte ska spendera mycket tid, utan bara sova och duscha så rekommenderar jag den.

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, a un paso de la estación Centrum de tranvías, restaurantes y tiendas. Habitación suficientemente amplia, silenciosa y con una cama cómoda. Única pega es que en 4 noches de estancia nadie entró a hacer la habitación, ni siquiera a vaciar la papelera.

Polecam ten hotel, bo ma dogodną lokalizację, blisko centrum. hotel ma na dole parking za opłatą 25zł z którego można wjechać windą do hotelu. Byłam z rodziną i dostaliśmy dwa małe pokoiki z łazienką. pokoje z własną klimatyzacją , łóżka wygodne. śniadania dobre za dodatkową opłatą.

Room was dull and dingy bit dated and needs repainted. No air conditioning. Bed moved about Reception area fine. Breakfast adequate but not great selection of hot food.

Niestety bardzo słaby hotel. Pomimo informacji w miału z potwierdzeniem rezerwacji o zameldowaniu od 14 i wymeldowaniu w południe, możliwość zameldowania w hotelu była możliwa od 15, zwolnić pokój należy już do godziny 11.00. Dodatkowo pokój był bardzo chłodny wręcz zimny, pomimo odkręconego na maca grzejnika. Hotel jednak ma świadomość o temperaturze ponieważ w pokoju znajdowała się farelka do dogrzewania pokoju. Nie wspominając już o braku w prysznicu żelu do kąpieli. Ogólnie bardzo słabe wrażenia. Na pewno pierwszy i ostatni pobyt w tej sieci.
