“Styish bungalow, prime location with lovely views over the creek. Furnished to a nice standard with thoughtful additions like extra thick large bath sheets and handy little utility packs with bin liners, dishwaster tablets etc. ”

“I don't think I've ever been made to feel so unwelcome at a hotel or B'n'B. We were using public transport. We were dropped off by taxi at 10am. Obviously we weren't expecting to check in but I've never stayed anywhere where luggage storage isn't available. The owner's immediate reaction was to tell us we check in isn't until 2. She did allow us to leave the luggage but I was taken aback at the unwelcoming attitude. We came back at 2. Owner complained that she had no details about the booking....

“Breakfast surprisingly poor for such a hotel. Had to commit to a choice of food the day before and when it arrived it was very sub standard. Dried eggs, bacon and hash browns etc”

“We loved the Hotel Tresanton. It was expensive but well worth it. We had room 26 which is very high so you should check the room number if you have any mobility issues. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was the highlight of our 24 day stay. Our server, Izzy in the bar was amazing. ”

“It was as nice as our memory of our first stay, when the sun shines there is only one place to be - on the terrace. Having said that it is very comfortable to be inside. It is a very friendly place to be to enjoy Cornwall.”

“I like the character and location of the property and the staff are doing the best that they can. The property is dated and in need of investment. The bedroom could have been a bit cleaner (hoovering the carpet which did not seem to happen during my stay) and the bedding did not fit the mattress. The staff were kind and helpful though some better manners from certain bar staff would have gone a long way. The food was great.”

“The room and shower were spotless. It had everything you needed even a fridge and a microwave. The lady who greeted us on Friday afternoon was very lovely and helpful. Our room was out the back of the property so was very quiet of road noise. You could here other rooms tv above but only when it was silent. The room didn't have a fan, although we didn't need one, if we had been staying a third night I'm sure we would have done due to it being so hot this weekend. Otherwise it was a fantastic...

“Absolutely loved our stay here and wish we could’ve stayed for longer.. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool or the spa as we had such lovely weather and we’re enjoying the beach. Staff lovely, comfy bed and lovely shower!”
