“The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

“We had to follow up with the host for check-in instructions upon arrival, which caused an unexpected delay. The initial communication was also confusing, and there was a discrepancy regarding the cleaning fee compared to what was shown in the booking. Unfortunately, it took several attempts to get clarification, and the response times were slow. After eventually settling the issue, we received the check-in details. “We had a wonderful stay here x It’s very clean and tidy . It’s across the road from the Bus Stop that takes you into central Luxembourg. The accommodation is very smart and spacious. Only recommendation is perhaps a welcome pack . Needed to buy basics like washing up liquid and cloths Needed a chopping board and sharp knife dust pan and brush. But will definitely stay here again when visiting daughter who works here. 5 stars xx”
